WASHINGTON, July 22 -- United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued a proposed rule called: Requirement To Identify All Real Parties in Interest to a Third Party Request for an Ex Parte Reexamination.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on July 22 by John A. Squires, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
