Two UNC Pembroke administrators have been selected to participate in the University
of North
Carolina System's 2026-27
Executive Leadership Institute, an eight-month professional development program designed to prepare emerging leaders
for senior
leadership roles across North Carolina's public universities.
Todd Allen, director of New Student Programs, and Victor Deese, assistant vice chancellor
for
Facilities Management, are among just 35 participants chosen from institutions across
the UNC
System for the program's seventh cohort.
