ATHENS, Ga., Aug. 31 -- The University of Georgia issued the following news release:
The University of Georgia earned an A+ grade overall in Niche's 2027 Best Colleges rankings, indicating that UGA ranks among the top 2.5% of colleges scored by Niche.
The university received particularly strong marks in several areas: grades of A+ for academics, the quality of its professors, the future readiness of students to enter the job market, campus dining, student life and best campus. Each of these grades place UGA in the 97th percentile or higher.
Among public universities, UGA ranked 13th out of 586 institutions in America.
