In honor of National Police Week, U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) took to the Senate floor to recognize several Alabama police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty over the past year, including Lieutenant Mark Meadows of the Irondale Police Department.
