In honor of National Police Week, U.S. Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) took to the Senate floor to recognize several Alabama police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty over the past year, including Officer Dallas Hinton of the Thomasville Police Department.
Senator Britt made the following remarks on Officer Hinton:
