WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a proposed rule called: Withdrawal of International Airport Designation of Chalk Seaplane Base.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 21 by Markwayne Mullin, Secretary, U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
