WASHINGTON, June 10 -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a notice called: Accreditation and Approval of AmSpec, LLC (South Portland, ME) as a Commercial Gauger and Laboratory.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 10 by Patricia A. Coleman, Acting Assistant Commissioner, Laboratories and Scientific Services.
Summary: Notice is hereby given, pursuant to CBP regulations, that AmSpec, LLC (South Portland, ME), has been approved to gauge petroleum and certain petroleum products and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes for the next three years as of September 10, 2025.
