SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - United States Attorney Melissa Holyoak announced that Jacob J. Strain has been appointed to serve as First Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Utah. Mr.Strain, a career prosecutor, has served as an attorney with the Department of Justice for more than 17 years.
