SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - Dominican authorities extradited Patricia Joanna Almonte-Frías and her partner Rineldys Feliciano Díaz-Cuevas to the United States to face cyberstalking and sextortion conspiracy charges filed in the District of Puerto Rico, announced Hector Ramírez-Carbó, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Puerto Rico. The defendants were arrested in the Dominican Republic on August 19, 2026, at the request of the United States, and extradited to Puerto Rico on September 30, 2026.
