Congressman Mike Turner (OH-10), along with Congresswoman Claudia Tenney (NY-24), Congresswoman Haley Stevens (MI-11), and Congresswoman Kristen McDonald Rivet (MI-8), introduced the Health Coverage Tax Credit Reauthorization Act of 2026, legislation to extend the Health Coverage Tax Credit through January 1, 2030. The legislation amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend the credit's eligibility window and can apply to months beginning after December 31, 2021.
