U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) joined more than 100 Republican lawmakers in both the Senate and House of Representatives in filing an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court supporting a lawsuit to protect women and their unborn children from dangerous mail-order chemical abortion drugs. The brief argues that mifepristone's in-person dispensing requirement must be reinstated.
