The Protecting Our Kids from Harmful Research Act will shield American children from permanent medical and psychological damage, in line with President Trump's pledge (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/protecting-children-from-chemical-and-surgical-mutilation/) to keep tax dollars from child mutilation.
