BLACKSBURG, Va., July 6 -- Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University issued the following news release:
Tim Hodge'90, MBA '99will retire from his role of associate vice president for budget and financial planning at the end of 2026, capping a 33-year period of committed university service.
Hodge began hiscareer in the banking and insurance industries before joining the Virginia Tech Office of Budget and Financial Planning in 1993, serving in progressively responsible positions over time. In 2018, he was promoted to his current role, where his leadership has been essential in growing Virginia Tech's resource base, improving business systems and processes, and bolstering the university's long-term financial sustainability.
