Arkansas voters can read up on the statewide ballot issues they're deciding Nov. 3 by downloading the 2026 Arkansas Ballot Issues Voter Guide, compiled by the Public Policy Center of the U of A Division of Agriculture.
The neutral voter guide allows voters to spend some time studying the proposed constitutional amendments before casting their votes.
