Today, Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) announced that three projects in Sonoma County will receive a total of $2.3 million in community funding from Rep. Thompson's community project funding requests. Rep. Thompson secured $13,317,000 total for projects in California's Fourth District in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026.
"These community projects are about keeping people safe and giving families places to thrive," said Thompson. "Whether it's safer routes to school, improved pedestrian access, or a new playground for kids, this $2.3 million investment in Sonoma County will make a real, everyday difference."
