U.S. Representative Glenn "GT" Thompson (PA-15) today announced more than $1.9 million in federal funding for the Ford City Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project.
The funding is part of an initiative to improve the Borough's stormwater management system. This money will be used to replace nearly 6,300 feet of outdated storm sewer pipes, which are fundamental for transporting stormwater runoff in several highly populated and flood-prone areas of the community.
