When physician Jeffrey Rajchel got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom in 2022, he never imagined he would have a stroke. At 72, he was in excellent physical shape - he didn't smoke, maintained a healthy weight and was training to compete in a national-level seniors' tennis tournament.
