At the request of 21st Judicial District Attorney General Stacey Edmonson, TBI special agents are investigating the circumstances that led to an officer-involved shooting Tuesday morning in Fairview.
Preliminary information indicates that at around 3:30 AM, officers with the Fairview Police Department were dispatched to the 7000 block of Brush Creek Road to respond to a possible domestic dispute. For reasons still under investigation, an individual on scene got into a vehicle and drove in the direction of the officers.
