UPDATED at 4:00 p.m. on 09/16/2026 - The individual involved in this incident is deceased and has been identified as Rosa Barker (DOB 08/15/1985).
At the request of 10thJudicial District Attorney General Stephen Hatchett, TBI special agents continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding an officer-involved shooting Tuesday afternoon involving the Madisonville Police Department.
