Further, the description states, “The City of Summerville, Ga is requesting proposals for the hauling of Bio-Solids
from the Wastewater Treatment Plant at 470 Red Oak Rd Summerville, To the Sand Valley Landfill in Collinsville, Ala.
This Request for Proposals should be quoted per ton, not per load. Weigh tickets from the
landfill will be used to calculate the amount hauled. The City of Summerville will be responsible for the disposal fees from the landfill. The Wastewater Treatment Plant generally produces on average 210 tons per month.”
