UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - A new semester at Penn State brings new classes, new routines and, for some students, a first experience living independently. With that independence comes responsibility for personal safety and security.
Penn State University Police and Public Safety (UPPS) Officer Shelly Stevick said creating a safe campus is a shared responsibility.
