JACKSON, Miss., Sept. 28 -- The Mississippi Attorney General issued the following news release:

Today, the Office of the Attorney General announced it has completed the review of three incidents involving officer-involved shootings. These include a September 14, 2025, incident in Pearlington involving one sergeant and one deputy with the Hancock ounty Sheriff's Department; a September 28, 2025, incident in Wiggins involving one deputy with the Stone County Sheriff's Department; and an October 19, 2025, incident in Nesbit involving one lieutenant and three deputies with the DeSoto County Sheriff's Department.
