Bid Synopsis: DOT has a partnership with WMSN Fox 47 on the MSG2TEENS Highway safety public service announcement (PSA) contest. The contest has students between 14 and 18 years of age from public and private schools create driving safety advertisements, including speeding, distracted driving, driving under the influence, texting and driving, and seat belt usage. The entries are reviewed by a panel of judges, with the top five (5) entrants being run on WMSN Fox 47 to allow viewers to vote on the entrants. The winning selection gets played on Fox 47 ...
