Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is requesting an amendment to RPA FMG2009 for hiring of specialized consultants needed to implement and stand up the Rural Health Collaborative project. The Department of Administration (DOA) approved general waiver FMG2009 on 7/20/2026. This amendment will ad an additional $826,836.00 for a new total amount of $4,025,486.00. The contract term will also be amended to have a 1 year renewal term.
