Bid Synopsis: The State Bureau of Procurement, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of Department of Military Affairs (DMA) and the Wisconsin National Guard (WI-NG) is requesting a general waiver to conduct a noncompetitive negotiation with various vendors for travel, food, lodging and supplies for troops called to State Active Duty (SAD.) The contract will be from January 1st, 2027, to June 30st, 2027. Annual spend will not to exceed $2,500,000.00.
