Bid Synopsis: The Department of Workforce Development (DWD) is requesting a general waiver to conduct a competitive selection process via a modified Request for Proposal (RFP) to develop and implement a Hospital Fee Schedule for the Wisconsin Worker's Compensation Program as required by Wis. Stat. Section 102.423, created by 2025 Wis. Act 15. Upon approval of the general waiver, DWD anticipates releasing the modified RFP on August 19, 2026.
