The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Alaska Marine Highways, is soliciting bids for the testing, removal and disposal of oily waste from Alaska Marine Highway vessels from the ports of Juneau, Ketchikan, Homer and Whittier, Alaska.Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on July 27, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened.
