Today, Victoria Spartz (IN-05) announced the winner of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition, an annual program of the U.S. House of Representatives highlighting student artists nationwide.

This year's competition featured a record number of participants representing every county in the Fifth District. First-place winner Emery Henderson, a junior at Noblesville High School, was selected by a panel of expert judges from the community and will receive a complimentary trip to Washington, D.C. to join winners from around the country, and her piece In the Garden will be displayed for one year in the Cannon Tunnel at the U.S. Capitol.
