WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 -- Small Business Administration has issued a notice called: Updated Minimum Performance Standards for Commercialization for Firms That Receive Funding Through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs.
