SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION ISSUES NOTICE: FISCAL YEAR LIST OF REQUESTS FROM STATES OR TRIBES FOR A SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DISASTER DECLARATION.

WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 -- Small Business Administration has issued a notice called: Fiscal Year List of Requests From States or Tribes for a Small Business Administration Disaster Declaration.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 11 by James Stallings, Associate Administrator, Office of Disaster Recovery & Resilience.

Summary: This notice provides an updated list of requests received by the U. S. Small Business Administration to make a disaster declaration for a state, territory, or tribe. The published list complies with a directive in the explanatory statement of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, Pub. L. 119-75.
