COLUMBIA, S.C., Sept. 2 -- The South Carolina Attorney General issued the following news release:

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) - South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of Adam Michael Kolthoff, 45, of Simpsonville, S.C., on one charge connected to the sexual exploitation of minors. Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office made the arrest. Investigators with the Attorney General's Office, also a member of the state's ICAC Task Force, assisted with the investigation.
Investigators state Kolthoff possessed files of child sexual abuse material.
