SENS. OSSOFF, REV. WARNOCK STRENGTHENING RESOURCES TO PREVENT CHILD ABUSE

WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Sen. Jon Ossoff issued the following press release:

U.S. Senators Jon Ossoff and Reverend Raphael Warnock are delivering resources to help prevent child abuse in North Georgia.

Bringing Republicans and Democrats together, Sens. Ossoff and Rev. Warnock are delivering new Federal funding for Easter Seals North Georgia (ESNG) to fund community health workers, training, and equipment, including a transport van.

Sens. Ossoff and Rev. Warnock are delivering $767,000 for the project through bipartisan government funding legislation that became law on February 3.
