U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. (R-Kansas), applauded the Justice Department's proposed settlement to resolve allegations that South Bow - the owner and operator of the Keystone Pipeline - violated the Clean Water Act in the 2022 rupture of the Keystone Pipeline in Washington County.
"Kansas farmers and the local community bore the brunt of the Keystone Pipeline rupture," said Senator Marshall.
