U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., applauded the U.S. Department of Energy's announcement that Kansas will receive funding through the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) as part of a nationwide effort to help American families reduce energy costs and improve home energy efficiency.
The U.S. Department of Energy will announce the allocation of $358 million to help American families lower their energy bills, including $328 million for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and $30 million for Weatherization Readiness Funds.
