U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-S.C.) today applauded the U.S. Department of Education's announcement (https://www.ed.gov/about/news/press-release/us-department-of-education-makes-significant-investment-americas-historically-black-colleges-and-universities) of more than $174 million in additional investment for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
