Senator Rick Scott reintroduced his Chinese CBDC Prohibition Act, which would prohibit money services businesses (MSBs), currency dealers, and the U.S. Postal Service, from using any central bank digital currency (CBDC) issued by the People's Republic of China (PRC) or the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), including its new digital Yuan.
