Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA-01), in urging U.S. Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent, U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright and U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins to prioritize farmers, biofuel producers and the agricultural community in the finalized 45Z rule in order to provide clarity, bolster consumer confidence and make certain farmers receive the intended benefits of the tax credit.
