WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a rule called: Technical Amendments to Rule 610(e) of Regulation NMS and to Delegation of Authority To Grant or Deny Exemptions From Rule 610 of Regulation NMS.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on May 5 by J. Matthew DeLesDernier, Deputy Secretary.
Summary: The Securities and Exchange Commission ("Commission") is adopting technical amendments to correct an outdated cross-reference in its rules relating to locking and crossing quotations, and to correct an outdated cross-reference in its rules delegating authority to the Commission's staff to grant certain exemptions.
