WASHINGTON, April 8 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend the Exchange's Transaction Fees at Nasdaq Equity 7, Section 118, To Update and Extend a Tier of Credit for Non-Displayed Orders (Other Than Supplemental Orders) That Provide Liquidity.
