WASHINGTON, March 2 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC; Notice of Designation of a Longer Period for Commission Action on a Proposed Rule Change To Extend the Exchange's U.S. Equities Trading Hours to 23 Hours a Day, Five Days a Week.
