WASHINGTON, Aug. 27 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Texas Stock Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Amend the Exchange's Warrant Performance Incentive Program To Add ETPs to the Definition of Liquidity Improvement Symbols and High-Volume Symbols.
