WASHINGTON, July 23 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; MEMX LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Establish the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF) Under the New Methodology for Transactions That Occur on the Exchange.
