WASHINGTON, Oct. 13 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; MEMX LLC; Notice of Designation of a Longer Period for Commission Action on a Proposed Rule Change To Adopt Rules for the Listing and Trading of Securities Event Contracts on the Exchange.
