WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Long-Term Stock Exchange, Inc.; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Update the LTSE Market Maker Rules To Provide Mechanisms That Would Allow the Exchange To Initiate and Operate a Market Maker Program.
