WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; Cboe EDGX Exchange, Inc.; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change To Amend Rule 11.24(b)(2) Concerning the Resumption of Trading Following a Level 3 Market-Wide Circuit Breaker Halt in Connection With the Industry's Expansion of Trading Hours to 23 Hours per Day, 5 Days per Week.
