WASHINGTON, May 1 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Self-Regulatory Organizations; BOX Exchange LLC; Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of a Proposed Rule Change To Introduce a New Data Product To Be Known as the One-Minute Intraday Open-Close Data Report and To Adopt Fees for Such Product.
