SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: NOTICE OF POTENTIAL CHANGE TO INCREASE MAXIMUM FIXED-DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR ALTERNATIVE COMPLIANCE MECHANISM FOR SECURITY-BASED SWAP DEALERS THAT ARE REGISTERED AS SWAP DEALERS AND HAVE LIMITED SECURITY-BASED SWAP ACTIVITIES

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 -- Securities And Exchange Commission has issued a notice called: Notice of Potential Change To Increase Maximum Fixed-Dollar Amount for Alternative Compliance Mechanism for Security-Based Swap Dealers That Are Registered as Swap Dealers and Have Limited Security-Based Swap Activities.
