WASHINGTON, D.C. - Network for Hope - an organ procurement organization (OPO) that has been under investigation by the Ways and Means Committee for allegations of improper Medicare billing, financial conflicts of interest, and unsafe practices, including seeking non-viable organs to sell tissue for profit - has been issued a notice of decertification by Health and Human Services Secretary, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. This is the second OPO under investigation by the Committee to be decertified by the Trump Administration.
