JUNEAU, Alaska, Sept. 5 -- The Alaska Department of Law (Attorney General) issued the following news release:

(Juneau, AK) - Today, Superior Court Judge Amy Mead sentenced Sebastian Leorna, 70, on two counts of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the Second Degree pursuant to an agreement with the State to resolve the case without trial. The offenses were based on incidents from Feb. and March of 2025 where Leorna engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 13.
Judge Mead sentenced Leornato to 35 years with 13 years suspended, followed by 25 years of supervised felony probation after release, as well as a lifetime sex offender registry requirement.
