Today, Congressman Brad Schneider (IL-10), a member of the House Ways and Means Trade Subcommittee, voted against giving President Trump more power to capriciously abuse tariff authority and arbitrarily threaten allies. The Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act would grant the President power to enact more sweeping tariffs without Congressional approval and raise costs on American households by thousands of dollars.
